Jaime is a lawyer from the University of Chile, Santiago (2010). He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Jaime has built his career primarily as a legal consultant, providing strategic guidance to entrepreneurs of Chinese and Taiwanese origin. He provides counsel to key entities such as the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chile and the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce in Chile. He is an expert in criminal law, labor law, and civil and family litigation.
