Fernando is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Diego Portales, specializing in labor law as well as civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He advises domestic and international clients, as well as other law firms.

He is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the 2023–2024 term of the Honorable Court of Appeals of Santiago. He previously served at the 2nd Labor Court of Santiago (2° Juzgado de Letras del Trabajo), where he subsequently completed various academic specializations.

Previously, he worked as an Associate Attorney at Passano+Fasani Ltda. (2016–2024).
