Eduardo has extensive experience advising national and foreign clients on corporate matters, M&A operations, energy project development, mining, and labor law.

He previously worked as a Prosecutor and Manager of Administration and Finance at Nueva Andimar VIP (2015-2019) and as an associate in the tax group at Prieto Abogados (2012-2015).
