Benjamín is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago (2011). He has extensive experience advising both domestic and international clients, with a practice focused on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution within the mining, insurance, and construction sectors. Additionally, he possesses significant expertise in intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Associate in the Judicial Department of Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana Abogados, and in the Real Estate practice at Alliende y Cía. Abogados and Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner (currently Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría).

Since 2019, Benjamín has been a member of the Panel of Arbitrators (Jueces Árbitros) for the Honorable Court of Appeals of Santiago and San Miguel.
